Our Cozy, one-bedroom, completely furnished condominium located just a short walk to the beach,
is the perfect platform to help you achieve such a great and relaxing vacation. These Condos include
a completely-new kitchen and tile floors .The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and spacing
walking closet. In the living-room there is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. The condominium has a
general use coin laundry facility on site. It is in a building called "Pearl of the Sea" which is in a highly
desirable location.....just a few blocks to world famous Cocoa Beach Pier.

Space Center, and only 60 minutes from Disney. The quiet streets of Cape Canaveral are great for
biking and taking strolls to the area amenities.

For your convenience, we accept checks and most major credit cards. Checks must clear prior to move-
in date. A 50% deposit is required to make the reservation. Final payment (with tax and cleaning fee) is
due 15 days before arrival.

endangered and threatened wildlife species and can be toured year round. Delta rocket launches can
be viewed from all along the beach.
Major cruise lines and gambling ships are located in Port Canaveral just minutes away. Casino ships
depart twice daily, offering free admission and free deli buffet. From casual to elegant dining, Cape
Canaveral and Cocoa Beach has a large variety of restaurants to choose from.
The entire area is blessed with some of the finest boating opportunities available. From awesome
deep sea fishing excursions to airboat rides and quiet, laid-back tours, the Cocoa Beach area - with its
great natural waterways and rivers, and two inlets into the Atlantic Ocean - offers you endless fun on
the water!!!
